Fill out our short referral form for either infant or pediatric services. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare for your child's specific needs.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often from new families.
What age range do you accept?
We specialize in early intervention, serving children from birth to 3 years old, with infant services (Sunny Baby) focused on newborns through 11 months. While our primary focus is on younger children, we may accept older children based on availability. Some Medicaid plans may limit coverage to children under age 3.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are in-network with Humana Medicaid, Children’s Medical Services (CMS), Sunshine Health (ages 0–3), Simply Medicaid (Early Steps only), and the Early Steps Program Contract.
Private pay is available for those who’s insurance we do not accept as well as out of network billing options for most commercial insurances. We can provide a superbill for families to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement if we are unable to bill out of network. For infant feeding services, we can work with The Lactation Network and Wildflower Health when applicable.
Where do therapy sessions take place?
We offer in-office sessions at 1738 Thomasville Rd., Tallahassee, as well as in-home and in-daycare visits both privately and through Early Steps. Travel fees apply for home/daycare visits.
How do I get a referral?
Just fill out our referral form above and we will request the referral from your child’s primary care doctor before starting services. If we need your help receiving the referral from your doctor we will ask!
How quickly can we get started?
After submitting your referral form, our office will contact you within 1–2 business days. Availability varies but we work hard to get evaluations scheduled as quickly as possible.
