Method Classes
Tummy Time! Method™ is an evidence-based tummy time program that incorporates movement, tummy time, and bonding between the caregiver and the baby. Designed for pre-crawling infants (typically under 6 months of age).
Developed by Michelle Emmanuel, OTR/L, CIMI, CST, NBCR, RYT 200 — a therapist with extensive NICU experience. Each class is taught by a certified Tummy Time! Method instructor.

Solids Parent-Baby Class
Taught by a speech-language pathologist who specializes in pediatric feeding, this is an educational class with some hands-on practice (if your baby is ready).
The class covers baby-led weaning vs. traditional purees and reviews the best feeding method for your baby based on your family’s unique needs.

Solids Class
Taught by a speech-language pathologist or occupational therapist specializing in infant feeding. This class is for babies who have already started solids and are having difficulty progressing to different textures — or for families with questions about transitioning to new types of foods.
What to bring: Your baby and a selection of foods they do well with, plus the foods that are challenging or that you’re having difficulty transitioning to.

Our 8-week play-based feeding group program is led by an Occupational Therapist and a Speech Therapist. Designed for groups of 2–3 children and their caregivers, the program creates a fun environment to build positive food experiences and expand feeding skills and repertoire — at home, daycare, school, restaurants, and beyond.
How a 60-Minute Session Works

Lil' Movers Playgroup
Guided by Dr. Mari Therrien, pediatric PT. Ideal for infants who may be delayed with rolling, crawling, or walking. Each workshop focuses on ways to improve motor skills and gives caregivers practical activities to practice at home.
No referral is needed for our community classes like Tummy Time! Method, Intro to Solids, or Troubleshooting Solids. Feeding Therapy Groups do require a referral or evaluation.
Can I bring siblings to a class?
Classes are designed for the target infant and one caregiver. Due to space limitations, siblings are generally not recommended. Please contact us if you have a specific situation.
Are classes available online?
Yes! Select classes — including some Intro to Solids and Troubleshooting Solids sessions — are offered online. Look for the “Online” badge on individual class listings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to high demand and limited spaces, all class reservations are non-refundable. Holding a spot exclusively for your family prevents another family from attending.
Is there a discount for twins or multiples?
Yes! For Tummy Time! Method classes, we offer a $5 discount per additional baby for twins, triplets, or other multiples attending together.
